Everything is allways about oil. I really dont know all the details but I do know that the price of gas is going way down. As far as Cali goes I heard that they are now drilling for oil in the Ocean. Correct me if I'm wrong but I heard that they've allways known that there was allways oil there it was just a bid deal to rather they wanted to start drilling in the Ocean at this specific time or not. But I do know that it's good to see gas getting back to a reasonable price.
