Pit Bulls

I dont know whats the big deal with people and Pit Bulls. I hate that people say that they are so bad and over aggressive. No they are not evil dogs and just want to bite or attack someone every chance they get. Yes they are intimidating but so what. Why in some states do you have to be liscenced to have one or have papers and all types of dumb stuff. A Pit Bull is just a dog just like every other dog. Other dogs bite too, whats so different about Pit Bulls. I think that Pit Bulls are the best dogs ever. They are so unique to me, and smart. Every one in my family who has a dog has a Pit Bull and weve owned them for over ten years now and none of us has ever not one time had any bad incounters with our dogs. I currently own one myself now and he's the tightes dog ever check him out.

Can't Believe It!

So the semester is basically over, finals are next week. Once finals are over I'm out of here heading to SoCal! I can't wait to get home and be with everyone. I'm really not looking forward to that long drive, but it's always worth it. I can't believe Christmas is right around the corner and then New Years, good bye 2008! I'm really looking forward to being with my family for the holidays and getting to eat all that bomb food. I'm not exactly sure yet what I'm going to be doing for New Years Eve but I'm gonna be doing something big hahaha...Anyways I hope everyone is just as happy as me to be going home for a month, you all have a great holiday season!!!

Final Presentation

So today I did my final presentaion for our class and, I went into it kind of nervous but once I got up there I think that I did ok. I wish that I didnt talk so fast thow, but other then that I feall as if I had some good facts and points and hoped that you guys enjoyed it. Like I said before, BET has had a huge influence on my life and when I first started watching it I was just watching for the videos and the girls duh lol. Now that I'm a lot older and more mature I see it in a different way. Not only for entertainment but how life is and how it should be.

Horrible Season

So our football season has been over for some time now, and I know every one thinks that we really suck and our record also shows that we had a horrible season but honestly we are not that bad. We had some close games that just did not go our way. Im not making any excuses but we really did have a crazy season. Alot of our key players got injured early in the season and it showed up on saturdays. So I want to say thank you for everyone who supported us and also appologize for not winning more games then what we did. I have no excuses but I will tell you that we will have a winning season next season. We will have alot of seniors next season which means we will have alot of leadership on our team. We have a good group of guys coming back and were already working hard to go into next season and make alot of people suprised. So I hope to see you all at the games next season. I know that it is a long ways away but we are highly anticipating having a good season.

BCS

So being a college football player myself ofcourse I love football. Even though I dont play for a Division 1 program I still like to watch it. Yes I have a fovorite D1 team and they are the Miami Hurricanes. Yes I know that they are not good this season but I stick with my team. But back to the topic which is the BCS system which stands for Bowl Championship Series for those of you who dont know what it is. This is the only sporting league that does not have a playoff system to determine who is the National Championship. The BCS is a computer system which ranks the teams automatically based on style points wins losses and stregth of schedule. This season in college football there was eight one loss teams and two undefeated teams. The BCS system decided that two of the one loss teams the Florida Gators and Oklahoma Sooners will play against eachother in the National Championship game. Oklahoma who was defeated by the Univercity of Texas one of the one loss teams got the #2 bid over the Univercity of Texas which makes no sense to me. Most of the people who love college football want to see a playoff system to determine a real National Chanpionship game instead of a computer choosing who plays for the National Championship.

James Bond

Last night I saw the new James Bond movie. I was really looking forward to seeing this movie because the one before was really good. So once the movie started there was good action, but I had no idea what was going on. Everything was just jumping around not sticking to one topic. I kept telling myself it's going to get better, but it never did! And to top it all off it was extremely short. It was a waist of $10, don;t see this movie in theaters wait for it to come out on DVD if you want to see it.

Day after Thanksgiving

I have always heard about how crazy the malls are the day after Thanksgiving, the craziest shopping day also known as Black Friday. My girl told me that the Ontario Mills was going to open up at 12am and she wanted to go. I've never been before and I'm always up for trying something new, so I went with her. So at 11:30 we decided to head over there. It took us 45 min just to exit the freeway! And parking was a whole other story, but since I'm the great driver that I am I found us a great parking spot. Once we got inside the mall it was so packed! I've never seen that mall like that before, you could barley move threw the crowd of people. We only stayed for about an hour and then we left. Too much was going on and the sales sucked! So we just ended up going to Dennys and went home.
